FLEX-LINES

1)   Any length, any size (ID), any end configuration.

 

2)   Hoses cleaned to CGA G4 1.

 

3)   Aeroquip 5400 series fittings are disassembled, degreased, dried, Dow vacuum grease applied (per customer's specifications) to poppet o-ring, reassembled, and attached to flex-line.

 

4)   Hose is certified to contain less than 6 ppm of moisture, or to customer specification.

 

5)   Hoses are helium leak tested (sniffer test) to customer specification.

 

6)   Hoses are charged with 250 psi of Grade 5 helium (99.999).

 

7)   Flex-lines are hydroformed and are UL and CSA approved.

 

8)   Flex-line individually bagged and tagged with customer P.O. # and part #.

 

9)   Each hose is individually tested.
